At Reedy River Plumbing, we keep it simple: we do new-construction plumbing only — no service calls, no repairs, no distractions. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, we bring the discipline of a large mechanical contractor and the agility of a local crew to every project we take on.

We hold a South Carolina Commercial Unlimited Mechanical Contractor License – Plumbing (PB), (CLM.118491) allowing us to perform commercial projects of any size. Our specialty is delivering plumbing scopes in the $75,000–$250,000 range for tenant improvement (TI) bundles and $250,000–$600,000 for ground-up projects.
